Help with Ball Juggling
« on: May 06, 2011, 09:09: AM »
Hello, I'm a begginer in freestyle and I'm just starting with ball juggling..
But I got some problems :S

- The ball gets so much backspin and forces me to go a bit back.
- I dont understand the difference between lifting and kicking the ball.
- I'm new. lol

So can I have any tips for this? Best part to hit the ball is the center and with the laces right?
Thanks :D :You_Rock_Emoticon:

- I think a Jabulani Ball is so shitty for freestyle

How can you think this if you can't even juggle?

Lifting the ball means there should be almost no movement from the knee. You are lifting your leg up to tap the ball and not kicking it. Avoid back spin by using the front of your foot(toes) and not your laces.

For a while i used my laces to kick the ball aswell, but found touching ball off the toe keeps it under control more. This helped me as well thanks!
