i think its a proper skmatw, his foot makes contact with the ball after the crossing leg leaves the ground

Definitely a real skmatw. When paused at contact, both feet are clearly off the ground. Absolutely insane combo! Lovely style as well. I'm just not a fan of the abrupt ending to the combo - looked like he wanted more.
