For me im not pro at rollers, my max is just 12 but whenever I train on them I make sure Im not hungry.
Ive tried training with an empty stomach and once after dinner and both ways I was getting dizzy and i was about to puke.
And just have fun while doing it  :grin:

Seriously. Stop being so annoying. Uppers is proper freestyle. So is groundmoves. Stop hatin ethan.

oh come on guys take a bloody joke...i'm not being serious about uppers - i accept they are freestyle ofc, although they are certainly not as difficult to achieve a high level in compared to lowers.

and liicht the groundmoves thing i am serious about, i don't actually consider groundmoves freestyle :)
