Back side to side headstalls?

whats the best tip for these. Im trying to get the apavel roll i think is what it is called? and i have side to side headstalls down but i cant do them from the back.

any advice?

no i started as a side headstall. i just watched your tutorial and i can do consecutive side to side headstalls good i just dont understand how to use the back side to side. and i saw that someone said its good to get those down first.


seriously nobody can help me with these? lol
