Anyone use this?

It's the blue tape soccer pros were on their hamstrings sometimes.

I just got a box of it for my hamstrings. Cost me $15 so not cheap. I can feel the extra blood flowing to my muscles. I feel a little throbbing in my hammy so i think it works somewhat.

Check it out if you got muscles problems. It works for ankles, knees, thighs, groins, etc.

I've been planning to get some for a while now, but always keep forgetting about it. 

I've heard a lot of good stuff about it and there are some freestylers who use it, like Hannser from Germany.

i tried it since i have the same surgery as hannser but it didnt work for me...

The application of the tape is kinda complicated. There are videos but all physios seem to do it differently.
