it doesn't look that bad
it just looks heavier and I don't know... the revolutions seem a bit wider? it's not bend style but you use your knees more with pants. with shorts if you only use your knees, the style looks slower.
the person with bend style i was talking about in my post was me. with pants on I can't really see my whole leg move and it looks like I have good style but actually it's crap.
true about having more freedom with shorts obviously. long pants make you try harder to do each revolution and yes the pants will destroy the combo if the ball touches it. So the first time you use shorts, it feels a lot easier but at the same time it's easier to have bad style. you don't concentrate much when it's easier.
I hope you get what I mean. 
Ahh yea, it is very slow. I don't put in the extra effort to make them look fast. I'll work on speed.

Pants don't make your style look better, the freestyler makes the style look better because they are forced to move a certain way due to not having much leniency.

ridiculously good style on ahmatw-alatw. I know this sounds completely pointless but when I freestyle, my style always seems better in trainer (ankle) socks but maybe that's just me

Oh, glad you liked that. Coincedently, that was one of the first combos I did after giving shorts ago and I hadn't 'ajusted' to the lazy style.
