my favorite shoes are nike t3 - but they don't last that long - so will you please write any suggestions for other similar shoes which are very light, soft and good for lowers

Maybe some of the new Nike5 models - Bomba (Finale/Pro), Elastico (Finale/Pro), the new Adicore/Adinova IV or the F30 Zero?

i think how long a shoe lasts depends on the surface you fs on. If you fs on a flat smooth surface shoes last much longer than on a bumpy surface. I dont know what surface you fs on but if its a bumpy one there is no shoe that will last long. None that i know of anyway.
Anyway questra lasted longest for me.....6 months  :undecided: ......because i fs on a bumpy surface
forget Ronaldinho....only one deserves the -inho suffix......Jabarinho!!!!

@jabarinho - i fs on different surfaces, in the gym, on asphalt, on tennis court, on grass sometimes

i am using nike t3 for turf - the rubber cleats disapear after a week and the sole dies after 5 weeks - which is fuckin sad - the shoes are sick

@Miran - thank you for advice - i'll consider it - adinovas aren't my choice though - i bought them and returned to the store since i didn't like them at all - didn't fill comfy

what about Kelme? i heard they are light and soft

Macca could give you more info about Kelme shoes as he's used them before.

Which Adinova's did you have? I doubt each model feels/fits the same and Adicore are a class higher than the Adinova.

i had the latest adinovas in august - i think those were adinova 4? not sure though
adicore hmm - i 'll consider that
the only adidas shoes i practiced in - were sambas - good shoes - but heavy for lowers

The latest Adinova/Adicore (IV) have just been released, so you probably had Adinova III.

These are the new ones:

A CRO freestyler had them and didn't like them, but Potyinho and Lacinho use Joma and from what I know they are satisfied with their shoes. Maybe get in touch with one of them and get some feedback from them.
