stretch
i don't find that streching helps knee injurys, still, get some bandage shit around you're knee (like petike)
Don't do too hardcore stuff(u can still do lowers, but try mainly sits and uppers) and you should also practise on a softer surface.
If you have alot of pain when ur doin lowers some day, just stop doing it that day, and try again next day.

hope this helps

I don't think it's the best idea, I heard from many doctors that your knees weaken from wearing bandages, so I don't suggest so. Do just the stuff that your body allows you to do, get better at uppers, sits and groundmoves; also, I heard it's better to train more often a day, but just for a while, maybe like 20 minutes and if you get some pain in your hips, stop and retry it after a while. But the best advice I can give you is to see some GOOD doctor, just find a huge capacity - I've been in local hospital, they bawled me for knocking too loud and then they told me (without any examination, they just played with my legs and asked, if it hurts in some positions) that I should start taking some pills and stop freestyle for 2 months. Then I went to the good doctor and he said I can continue in freestyle, but just not overdo it and shit.
I have problems with my both hips, both knees and back too, it really sucks, I haven't been freestyling for like 1 month and I really get depressions from it.
"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."

the thing around my knee helps me, and i find that the pain is weaker, and i don't think my knees have been weakened.
Maybe its different from person to person
