vista is a steaming pile of shit.

i know its OT, but i wanna know why since ive heard so many ppl say the same thing. i dont see whats wrong with it :S

it's bulky as fuck and xp is much better. so much for progress 

when i change my desktop appearance and my computer performance drastically improves, there's a problem

Vista is the worst thing ever.. my moms laptop is vista and even when it was brand new, it took 20 minutes to open Internet Explorer, and it keeps asking you if you need help with simple things like opening a game, and it will see "ARE YOU FUCKING SURE YOU REALLY NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME?! IT COULD HAVE A FUCKING VIRUS" and then you need to click "Allow programme" around 230 times before it lets you open it

so turn of the UAC, all problem you mentioned = solved

the main problem i had with vista was that it simply wasnt stable, it would turn off if you had too much cpu usage, of course that happened to me when using xp too but not as often as with vista. thats why i like mac more
