you are faster. when you get your speed up with weights and you take them off you have less resistance and can therefore move faster.

they wud help i use them for running sometimes and wen u fininsh training with them afta say 30min u fell light as a feather!

carefull guys, your ankel will get enough weight like it is. when you jump up and down. i think you will just get more injuries with weights...

you have the speed for the tricks. its all in your mind and how you learn to send signals to the muzzels...

after a wile it goes automaticly...
