looks like he just put the clip of him celebrating over the combo clip, zoomed in a bit on it, put the compositing mode on the top clip to "screen" and then added a transition (like the cool colours and stuff) on top of that also with compositing mode on screen.
Im pretty sure thats how he did it (roughly), but its allot easier than it sounds.
