yes, it's normal, especially when you perform NTS INSIDE ..
Because of that I have now ''snapping hip syndrome''
try to stretch the psoas, and all the muscles in that area ..

All sports are good if not practice too ... I think it is better to vary upper-lower-sit to let the muscles recover.. ;)

lol, this year I also did 16 seconds in 100 meters ..(i've 16 years old)
my style is fast, but because I like more.
I think that has nothing to do, even if a person is overweight possibly his style is somewhat slower..

the corners and edges of the screen makes an effect of'''magnifying glass,'' (I mean the black part of the corners that compresses the screen). I dont know explain it haha
