40 mins seems short but honestly its not that bad! I train about 30 mins to 1 hour a day and am fairly happy with my improvement so if you really are dedicated you can see lots of improvement too!
Start off by spending 5-10 mins on the warm up, doing basics (atw htw hatws both feet)
Move onto doing tatws/matws/atatws/amatws both feet for another 10 mins
For the rest of the session I plan on exactly what I want. For example, if I want to improve my nts, I work on doing amatw htw nt both ways then do amatw amatw nt both ways etc. If I want to improve latws, I'll do as many latws in a combo and do 3latw combo for example. Hope you get the idea, even though you'll have about 20-25 mins left in your session, practice hard cuz it's the best you can do! Has been working for me so far, hope it works for you too
