     mate i dont wanna sound rediculous but i also done a variation a few weeks ago and apparently andrew had done that too which is a load of crap. anything i do, either you or andrew have claimed to have already done it but yet, never have it recorded. im with jamie knight on this one

when i teach people neck stall i simply seperate the trick into 3 key points:

1. Chest level with the ground
2. chin up
3. elbows up

then when you can balance it there for a fair bit, throw it up lightly and assume the same position
