i ain't much of a freestyler heck i can't juggle more than 20

but i'll try to help
first try to do it without out a ball keep doing that ntil you think your ready
then do it slowly with a ball keep praticing and you'll get the hang of it

i know it's a tut video but does it hurt to give some tips on how to do it? really geez some  people know how to do it really well and they might wana teach..not everyone can just learn it from seeing...

yea.... they can.

i kno it seems impossible at first but you can learn nething if u break the move down into its basic components and understand the move, physically.  then u practice practice practice.

well i dont mean to start off on the bad foot but this group is called the "freestyle Chat & Help  so i thought i'd ask but dosnet seem liek i'm getting much help so thanks i'll just learn on my own
