Removing Shirt & Press Up Tutorial ()
Description:
This is a tutorial to help you learn a trick that involves taking off your shirt while the ball is balanced on your neck. Furthermore, you will learn how to do press ups or push ups while balancing a ball on your neck.

Explanation:

Remove Shirt Trick
Start by flicking the ball up and catching it on the back of your neck. Once the ball is in the neck catch position, take hold of the top of your shirt and slowly pull it up over your hear.

Then keep slowly easing your shirt off. Keep your head and body steady to maintain balance of the ball. If your feel the ball falling, put our your arms to steady it with your shoulder blades.

Press Up Trick
Flick the ball up and catch it on the back of your neck. Slowly crouch down and get in to the press up position. From here, perform a press up. As you come back up, make sure the ball remains still on the back of your neck. Then you can perform multiple press ups. The key to this trick is practice. The more you practice, the better your balance and movement will be.
