Description: Here are a few nice little tips that will help you get started. Before you start performing, check the tips in this little freestyle guide. Explanation: Clothing: It's important to wear loose, comfortable clothing. I would recommend short-sleeve or sleeveless shirts, shorts and astro turf shoes. Try and look stylish as freestyle is about style as much as it is about tricks. A freestyler that can do many tricks, but doesn't have much style will not shine. Clothing is an important piece of style. Ball: The ball can be inflated to your preferred specification. Pump up your ball to different pressures and see what works best for you. Excersises: It's important to warm up, so do some stretches first. A one minute jog on the spot is a good way of warming up your muscles. Follow that up with some stretches. You can pull muscles and even damage ligaments if you don't properly stretch. Since you are stretching your legs at all times during freestyling, make sure to protect your muscles by properly warming up.

Style is a big part of freestyle. I believe most people would see a freestyler who has style and good technique when doing his tricks rather than having someone who is doing fancy tricks but is looking like a fool while doing them. I'd rather see someone do one good ATW rather than someone who does two or three but is chasing the ball all over the place after completing the third one. Page: 1
