i reckon it will be done, so many tricks are being expanded on and made harder and harder, so like its only been 3 years since the first patw, and already there is latw-latw-patw and pmatw and even apatw, so maybe in 10,20 years it may happen!

k3's pmatws all look like patw htw more then they look like pmatw 

would be cool if some one did it while doing a backflip or back hand spring would also probably make it easier to go around

I don't think it is. Our legs can only move so fast because of the weight of all the muscle and fat on it.  You're basically going to have to jump higher and move at the speed of light if you want to get your leg around 4 times  :popcorn:
