Weak foot amatw help!

I don't know about Lehas advice because I have never used that method but one thing I can tell you is that you should definately learn it starting strong. One day you will thank me for that tip, if you follow it that is.

i find amatw much easier than tatw, so i should do tatw (Strong) - amatw (weak)....right?

well tbh i have seen a lot of people who do tatw amatw starting witrh strong and the style a lot of the time is like htw nt htw instead of amatw
i can pretty much guarantee that it will be worth learning tatw weak foot
but dont expect to be able to do tatw amatw nt as soon as u can do tatw weak foot took me aagggeessss to get tatw amatw nt

It's in first time, but then it becomes as amatw nt and much more useful than nt from weak to strong...

Just train htw from throwings a ball from hands by weak foot, and then amatw by the same method...

do u let the ball bounce on the floor or no touch from hands?
