Ronny set to warm Barca's bench for 'el clasico'

Barcelona's Brazilian talisman Ronaldinho is set to start on the bench for tomorrow night's super-charged 'clasico' with bitter rivals Real Madrid.

The Catalan giants will be without the injured Lionel Messi for the top-of-the-table showdown, and coach Frank Rijkaard also looks set to leave out Ronaldinho on the bench after the pair exchanged strong words in training yesterday.

If the Brazilian is indeed left out, Rijkaard will hand a starting berth in the game known in Spain as 'el clasico' to young Mexico forward Giovani Dos Santos, who impressed as a substitute in last week's 3-0 win at Valencia.

As well as Ronaldinho, Deco also looks set to start on the bench, but Thierry Henry returns from injury and could play.

HALA MADRID.

I'm predicting 1-0 Real Madrid win. Barca isn't comparing to Real this season, even with Messi in sizzling form. Eto'o is back, however, so it may be down to the wire again this season.

Whoo baby.

1-0 Real Madrid, final.

Baptista scores a beauty in the first half after some nice link ups with Ruud. Watch Robinho throughout this game, he truley is a magician. Puyol got schooled by him the whole game. Barca is a bunch of clowns :teeth:

It was a reasonable prediction. Real Madrid is on another level this year. Barca looked slow and sluggish, and hessitated to attack. Baptista played the best game i've seen from him in a while, he broke Barca's midfield several times.

I expected a much better game from both teams. Great goal for Madrid but the overall game just wasn't as good as it's been over the past few years.
