wat a p...oh yea, cant say that

just practice harder. if ur leg isnt getting stronger and cant handle the pain, ur not practicing enough.

Haha man
Im no p...
I practice soo much other stuff like tatw, tatw combos and stuff, but i never got a ball and went out to practice atws
I tried for 5 times this week, and that happens, so it fucks up my training
:-* ok

try to do atw's with juggles in between. i use to get that shit too. this may sound stupid, but i use to replicate the atw movements without the ball to get by 'atw muscle' stronger and more resistant to pain.

-Don't break combos.
-Don't use crossovers to save combos.

where is the pain at? is it close to your genitals? (no its not a joke)

I dunno what's genital =S
But i know that its on my right leg beside you know what, i mean, at the beginning of the leg,i dunno what you call it
your dick

Ohh yeah, that's the same exact place, beside my dick on the right side

I have the same man, it took a while when it got away but after a while it came back. thats why I don't train lowers anymore.
and now the pain is gone just take a little break, go practise sits or uppers, and it should be good soon

It sounds like you tweaked/pulled/strained your hip flexor.  I would say stretch it a few times a day, R.I.C.E., and take a week off freestyle and soccer to see how its healed up.  I am not a doctor though, if it persists even after you take a few days break, then you should see your doctor.

I've injured both hip flexors numerous times from both freestyle and regular soccer

Thnx man
I prefer uppers =P
I'll give sits a try =D
But i have a question...
If i can juggle while standing, will i know how to juggle while sitting or i'll have to do the same from when i began lowers ?

I had the same exact problem for both legs
it happened with my strong leg first
I did exactly what L_I_S did. without the ball I just practiced atw movement and kept forcing my leg when the problem occurs
after a while of doing that, I get this click noise
I was like oh shit I messed up my leg
I tried even harder and now it's gone
but I didn't do it in 1 day
it took me like a month before the clicking appeared
then another month till it healed
in those 2 months I wasn't able to get 4 atws without pain
that's just me. I dunno if it'll work for everyone so...

Yeah go to the doctor and tell him you are doing a form of exsersice that is new to you and the excerisce demands muslce strenght in the area which is being used and you don't have any muslce strenght, then tell him that it's causing you pain and that you are scared to death.
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation
I was going to be there...but now I'm not going to be there

"Matheson bases his descriptions of the death experience itself on studies by Elisabeth Kuebler-Ross and Raymond Moody.[6] When reading these accounts, Matheson found that revived suicides told a much more frightening story than anyone else who had near death experiences."
