hardest trick ever.. takes a long time to perfect... i would say just lay down and throw the ball up, and try to juggle 2 times
then 3 times
then 4 times
etc until you can do about 10...
then practise sole stall

practice with both feet (maybe even more with weak foot), juggling and stall
It's harder at first but it helps a lot

Mae sure you put something under your back though too! Maybe a towel or a cushion or anything soft, otherwise you will end up with a big lump in the middle of your spine!

Haha yes, I put a pillow under my back yesterday.

Is it so that I have to lay my head on that pillow too? or should I keep my head up (so my head/neck don't hit the pillow)

It's easier if you keep your head up normally but it's what ever you feel comfortable doing really because after doing it a bit and keeping your head up your neck might start to hurt so try out both ways and see what works for you best

Hehe, that was exactly the same I had yesterday man: when I kept my head up, my neck began to hurt. But this was easier then when I lay my head on the pillow.
But I gonna try out both ways, so I gonna see what works the best for me..
Thanks man

it's very hard but don't give up dude, juggle in a small enclosed area and make sure to have something soft underneath
