Predators? Total 90's? Looking for good outdoor boot
« on: Feb 24, 2008, 10:25: AM »
It's that time again, I need to get new cleats! I just don't know which ones to get, I love my First Touch II's, and I didn't really like my Profi's, so I'm leaning towards Nike. But, Predators are legendary, and the new Pure's are looking good too. Nike makes so many different shoes, I'm having a hard time deciding on which.

I want a light shoe, with good control, yet still has plenty of power and accuracy behind it; all of this for around $170.

I also have wide feet, if that helps any. And here's my local soccer store's website: (They pretty much have to be on there, because I need to try on the shoe before I buy it)

While we're at it... what's some good, cheap freestyle shoes? As I said earlier, I already have FT II's, and love 'em, but I like switching things up.

All those shoes you mentioned are good. With wide feet, Nike might be better for you. The Pure's are nice but they are a bit narrow. I suggest you head to the store and try them on. They are quite lights, comfortable, and give you a nice touch. I believe they are also only priced at $125.

Okay, that's what I was planning on doing, just wanted an opinion from someone else.

If you have wide feets I suggest you to try the Total 90's. You'll get a nice touch and it's a "powershoe".
Good price, good looking, good shoe !

I think you shud get predators abosolions. they look good and are REALLY confortable. i can curle the ball so easily with these and its so easy to pass and shoot etc. theyre light weight as well. last but not least, they're CHEAP. trust me i have them . theyre so durable as well. plus i have widefeet too and these are perfect for them.
