i workout whenever i have time
his is the current workout ive been doing lately
3x 10 85 lbs barbell curl
3 x 10 95 lbs reverse barbell curl
2 x 10 35 lbs hammer curls
3 x 10 160 lbs bench press
3 x 10 145 lbs incline press
3 x 10 50 lbs flys
plus more...i just dont know the names i think
and most importantly pushups and cycling :lol: im not huge but i have a defined body...
