711 is almost like a mini market all over the USA.

Yeah he is planning to be on stage again this year.. I don't know what my thoughts are about it. Will be really sad seeing a legend like him not place above people he would rip in half 2 years ago.

I can guarantee you that you are incorrect when it comes to Ronnie. Phil will definately place above Ronnie this year there is no doubt about that and regarding Jay it's a question of condition. If he comes in full, no water, shredded; he will win. If not then either Kai or Phil has it. That's my take

Personally i think that if ronnie makes his comeback then that will urge Jay to work out more etc..
Making it alot more interesting
and also im gonna get my abs back for summer :D im thinking hanging leg raises 3 sets of 20
reverse crunches 3 sets of 20.
My abs atm are there but they need working out :/.

At the moment i work out every night for 30 - 1 hour variating on muscles, and more on weekends.

However the time i use on school days(30 mins - 1 hour), takes up the time that i plan on doing a section of my freestyle session.

Should i have a days break in between work outs, and maybe work hardcore on weekends? are any of yous in simular positions with time problems.
