I actully know a guy who curl with 45 and his arms are like his... so i dont think it is impossible

But I can tell u this guy is the best groundmover for sure

yooo quick question. One side of my abs is more defined than the other. It seems like every exercise I do it only works the left side. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong/ways to work one side?

Genetics decide how your muscle will look, it's not how you do the excersice that does it. I really doubt you're lifting stronger with 1 side than the other tho you might feel like that's what happening.
