btwhere are the 40 pound for 8 reps dumbell curl arms
yooo quick question. One side of my abs is more defined than the other. It seems like every exercise I do it only works the left side. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong/ways to work one side?

I really doubt you're lifting stronger with 1 side than the other tho you might feel like that's what happening.
