Today I will do leg and biceps after freestyling.

Basicly start of with legs of course (you are always supposed to start with the largest muslce group if you are doing more than 2 muscle/muscle groups)

Oh really? I didnt know that, how come?

The larger the more excersizes you need to do and therefore it's better to do it when you are starting your work out!
Fx blesses himself before a patw combo, Tiernan blesses himself before a neck to sole transition.... but hey thats next generation

You do it without any weight and 75 reps of anything is worthless from a bodybuilding point of view but from a football point of view I could imagine that it's a great excersize for you

Of course it's possible I'm 17 and I can do it but only for 3 reps. Then again compare my arms with yours, a rough estimation is that mine are 2,5 times the size yours are.

Who the hell is Lisa?

I think I was able to lift 20 kg/arm at the time I turned 18. It was half a year ago and am lifting 20kg mostly atm and on rare occassions 22kg (there exist no 21kg in the gym I go to).

On the other hand, I only do 6 reps 3 sets.
