About this Bodybuilding stuff..........
Can I ask the people who do this:
Whats the purpose?
Is it just to look big, so nobody will pick on you?
Or is it something you would like to use in a future career? i.e Security Guard, Fitness Trainer.
I cant see anything desirable about being as big as some of the guys in the videos.
I find working out to get quite borng and tedious after about 30 mins.
I prefer to tone my body, increase stamina, flexibility and strength by fun methods.
So I do normal shit like Pushups, Situps, a few Dumbell excersises.
Then I Breakdance, which anyone will tell you, you need some good stamina and strength to perform shit, and it increases a lot of attributes!
And of course Freestyle Football helps a lot!
This is my experience, which is Maximum Fun - no steroids required.
