oLi you do the same as me....the only difference y do between 3 - 4 excersises per muscle... but its the same man, I combine biceps, with chest and legs, and triceps with shoulders and back....
and abdominals is a must in every training, same as 30 mins of threadmills....

im not very focused on body building... My reason to go to the gym almost every day is alpine ski racing, its my biggest passion... now I run FIS race's and I have 27 y/o guy's who compete against me, so its very important to have muscles in conditions...

Why are abdominals a must every training? They are just like any other muscle. God damn how much bull shit have you been fooled into believing?

hey dude, why are you so rude with me??, Its a must in MY TRAINIG, not in YOUR TRAINIG, sorry if it sound like, "you are an idiot, abs is a must in every day", sorry man, I didn't mean it, I just sayd its a must in my own personal training

my low abs suck, so im working them really hard, I do one day only low abs, and the other day I do normal abs combined with oblique abs

dude, you are starting to piss me off man, really I mean it, you think you are the king of body builiding, so everything you dont do is bullshit, right???

Low abs?
Rectus abdominus and obliques are the 2 parts of the stomach muscles. There's no such thing as lower or upper abs.

I know man, but when you do rectus abs excersises you mainly work the abs who are abit higher, and the low part of abs you work them in a low porcentage... so when doing that excersise, how the fuck can you improve the low abs part, simply, I do other excersises who focus on working the low part of abs more....

stop treating my like I was a retard man, If I could speak spanish with you I could explain it perfectly why, but this shitty english language puts a limit to what I can express, .
There is no such thing as a lower or upper part of the rectus abdominus. It's one whole muscle, not an upper and a lower part.
Open an anatomy book or register at bodybuilding.com/forum and ask there.

yepp, the whole thing is one muscle..

and it doesnt help to train the muscle every day, it doesnt give a better effect, i think it is more the opposite.

All of you: excercises depend on what you're training for. Theres no all-purpose way. Like if you want a good vertical, you don't work your calves for bulk, you refine the muscles and make them smallish (not SMALL, obviously), but really well developed.

Bulk for bulk's sake is stupid anyways

I mean if you're going for strength, fine

if you want to fill out a bit, also fine

but if you want to become HUUUGGEEE thats stupid

working out needs a goal besides getting bigger

a good example would be getting stronger

strength vs. bulk.

You can be thin and very strong

my dad could deadlift three times his weight when he was 17-ish

massive muscles are inefficient is basically what I'm getting at

which is why you work out with strength or jumping ability, or sprinting in mind as opposed to size

People bulk to grow and become big, just so you know.

people should pay attention to their bodytype instead

if you're naturally thin, it's best to become lean and strong

why would you want to be a minihulk or something?
