I got really suprised when I saw this thread because I`ve been into bodybuilding for three weeks now... I`m mainly focusing on chest, shoulders and arms. My legs get enough training from freestyling and football training. I haven`t bought any protein stuff yet, but I`m considering it. Any suggestions?

I workout but i have stopped to practice more freestyle.

besides that, i wasnt getting much bigger i just kept getting more cut. but now that ive stopped, ive noticed my chest, shoulders, arms have become less defined in like 2 months :(

my trainer told me that....
he says you musnt eat any meal right after training.... of course u can eat, but never a meal or something like that....
he didnt explain me why, but realy, trust me dude... he is liscenced in sport nutrition, so he sure know's more than you man

Läser ekonomi. Men det är skillnad också beroende vilken skola du går på. Jag går på malmös bästa kommunala skola som dessutom är känd för att ge många prov, läxor, arbeten osv så jag har valt det själv.
