modays, wednesdays, and fridays
30 mins on thread mills to warm up.

then I go to the spesific musculation machines to work:
2 different excersices of cuadriceps (3 set's of 15 rep with each one , withan important weight),

2 exercises of esquitibiales(dont know how its called in english, its the muscle of the leg wich is behind the knee), and again 3 sets of 15 rep each ex.

3 excersises of chest (important weight, 3 sets of 12 rep each ex)

3 exersises of biceps (important weight, 3 sets of 12 rep each ex)

then I do 30 normal abs + 15 oblique abs in each side, I do that 3 sets...

then I do 20 mins of threadmill, strech all my muscle and go home...


then on tuesday, thursday and saturday I do:
30 min on threadmill

specific muscle machiunes:
3 ex. of back muscles (3 sets of 15 rep each ex)

3 ex. of shoulder muscles (3 sets of 15 rep each ex)

3 ex of triceps (3 sets of 12 rep each)

same ab's excersises as othe days

20 min on thread mills, importan muscle strechting and I go home

sunday is a rest day

and very important is when you finish your routine is never eat something until 1 hour later[/b

yeah its best to do that, but you can have a protein shake straight after but you can have a meal a little later.

You can eat something, its just best to have a protein shake and wait an hour untill you eat. I don't know much about this.

best is if you eat protein and carbohydrates right after your workout, it makes the recuperation progress faster

My trainer told me....if u eat something right after training, its much worse than if u dont eat anything....
he told me something of accumulating more fat in your body...

he has a licence in sport nutrition, so I dont think he says bullshit at all


and a banana wont hurt you I think....you can eat something, but I was refering to not eat a meal or something.... the best is eat something with alot of carbohidrats after training.....

That's the biggest load of bullshit I've witnessed the entire day since my stepdad said earning money by stocktrade is luck.

Oli, how's your schedual formed? Reps, sets, muscles trained each time, etc., etc?

Somebody else might answer as well.
5-7 excersizes per muscle. 3 sets each. Reps are anywhere inbetween 8-12.

I usually combine chest with abdominals or biceps.
Back with triceps or shoulders with triceps.
Legs alone or with biceps.

I don't follow a certain schedual because my school doesn't allow me to. Sometimes I just get bombed with tests and book reports and whatnot so what I do is I write down after each practice what muscle or musclegroup I worked out and that way I can keep track of what I've done so that I don't train for eg biceps twice in 1 week without having done back once.
A workout can last anywhere between 60-120 minutes for me.

Actually a little extra interest of mine is bodybuilding. Although I only workout at home cause I don't got time to get to the gym(unfortunately). My dad also buy this bodyboulding magazines called "body" which is really good.

Now to my question; Does any of you guys use proteinpowder or gainers and if so how has your result been ? I recently bought one but have only use it for 4 days after my workouts and was just curious about the result.
Don't expect any magic results because you're on some powder. You need to work out really hard aswell and don't be afraid you will wake up one day looking like Cutler because you won't gain anything over night. It takes really long time, of course some have an easier time thanks to good genetics.

I use protein powder and basicly it's just a way to reach 2g/kg. I could've reached that by eating a stake or two more but drinking a shake is so much easier and it doesn't make you full.
