heres the vid oli. i wieghed it this time. remember there was no training since last time, and as i recall, i said ill do 4-5 reps without trainging and i did 8 reps per arm, but the last ones were a bit sloppy, but u get the picture. u can tell at one point i did 8 reps properly.
