I dont think i have a gym near me so what can i do ? should i buy weights?
yes, and since ur 14 get enuf to put 10kg on each bar. ur not going 2 start on 10kg on each, but ur gonna need it eventually. btw im talking about the small bars used for bicep curls and such.
u dont get stronger arms by doing 200 press-ups every day

if u dont have weights and u wanna do something, try the following:
-run-jog-run
-push ups
-hanstand push ups(against a wall ofcorse)
-diamond push ups
-extra wide arm push ups
-chin ups
-pull ups
-wide grip chin ups
-wide grip pull ups
-dips
-sit ups
-crunches
-leg lifts/raises
-i dont know this ones name so ill explain it. lie flat on ur stomach and lift ur chest and limbs multiple times(for lower back)
