using a small room is a good idea.
when u juggle its not like regular stand up juggles were u turn ur toes up. keep ur foot flat and ur toe pointed forward hitting the ball with ur laces. thats my best advice.
dont hit the ball to hard and use both feet/ definitly practice with both feet, even if its hard
it all comes with practice i sucked at sits and in like a week i could do longish combos,,, just sit down and practice for like 45 min at least a day and it will work out for u.
45 fucken minutes of sitdowns a day holy shit fox how much do u train 0.o !!? i do sits for about like 5,10 maybe sometimes if i am bored then 15 but sits get really boring and are easy to learn
and ya thats really good advice fox
just curious, what is your deal with sitdowns. i've seen you post more than once that sits are easy and boring. well i would say that sits are just as hard as any aspect of freestyle, and probably the hardest to get used to. if you don't like them either practicing or watching i understand, but dissing the style is silly and something only someone who doesn't know much about the sport would say.
he can barely do them i don't know what he's on about. If he didn't follow everyone else and copy everyone's tricks maybe it wouldn't be so boring

do as people above said nice small touches try make sure u can do a few kick ups on ur weak foot aswell and dont rush to learn new things take it nice and slow
I agree with reds and jonathon,
Many people think that sits are easy because once they can do a few x-overs and crossovers they think that they have mastered sitdowns, well thats not the case, sitdowns is way more then a few crossovers, its the creativity the hardtricks, just like lowers once you can do a few atws and crosses, doesn't mean you have mastered lowers also. its just the same. altough many people don't see it like that.
