In my opinion you have to start with cross-matw nt, when you have done this a couple of times (15 times er something) you will see that you gets faster. Now you have to improve your matw, this trick must be done really fast and high so first you have to practise this trick till you can do this trick fast and high.
Question: isn't it easier to begin with tatw-matw nt instead of matw-matw nt because when you do tatw-matw nt you can faster around the ball?

nah it depends with in style it's better to go for matw matw nt and with out style it's the inverse ^^ it's just my opinion
I do matw faster and higher coz I have in style

Yeah maybe you did, and thats good.. But you probaby didn't asked for help, like this guy did! Then we'll have to help him as much as possible, and in my opinion saying: "Just practise tatw-matw(nt)", is not a very good tip.

matw(nt) tricks are like my favorite moves atm, i do squillions of them... and i started by doing cross-atw(nt) and then moving on to cross-matw(nt)... get super consistant at cross-matw(nt) and then tatw-matw(nt) should be no problem :)
