Ive just started freestyling and it is really cool!

But about 10-20 mins into practising i somehow injured my self.

If so can you tell me some good warm up exercises?

juggling for 20 mins? That will tire you out before you even start.

Stretch, juggle a little bit, do some short combos or easy stuff. Then start.

not necessarily continuously
but that's what I do so...  :pimp:
after that juggle, I wait for like 10 min while walking a bit in circles
then I'm ready
It's too hard for me to do combos if I don't get my touch.

I have a weird warm up but helps a lot.

I stretch for about 4-5 min
juggle for 1-3
do some weird juggling 50 juggles
then basic, then i start
basically 20-30 min warm up :0

helps A LOT though

try running on the spot for like 30 seconds. i will accomplish the same thing, but you won't have wasted 9 minutes and 30 seconds of your life each time you practice.
