i used to believe in god 100%.  never did i use the word "allah" to refer to god.

so why would you call God Allah -- i sometimes refer to God as Dios, which is how you say it in spanish. If you don't speak arabic and aren't islamic, why would you ever refer to god as allah?

there are hundreds and thousands of different ideas about 'god', who or what it is and what it might look like or be able to do... etc. etc. etc.
