What helps you?
« on: Jan 03, 2009, 07:36: PM »
I know that regular training with ball make you faster, but is there another way (like cycling, running, skiing) and is this way the best?  I often lift my heels when I stand, I heard that it's good for calves and yeah, it hurts like hell, but I'm not sure if it helps to speed up your freestyling, it's just said to dramatically make you faster, but maybe it was meant for running... :dontknow:

Practice and practice as much as you can! The only thing i can think of that will help you is eating healthy should improve your endurance so you can practice for longer which means you will improve.

Thanks dude, I sometimes try to eat some fruits and vegetable, but I decided that I will take a rest on/at/in Christmas until the sweets will be obliterated.
