I haven't really looked for it on source, there is a delay anyway, when you aim at a player, so you cant use it on source anyway.

Yeah, its basically a bug on 1.6, or an exploit, so they fixed it for source, as good as it was, they're trying to be more realistic, for example you have to wait for the silencer to screw on completely and his arm to go back to the normal position before you can switch weapon and the silencer stays on, whereas on 1.6 you just begin to put it on, quick switch to pistol then back to gun and the silencer is on.

haha yeah, I reckon its because a LOT of noobs play source, so they're trying to please them by having it realistic.
And I just had a 1on1 with a friend on source, and staying completely still, and hovering awp over them until there name comes up and shooting DOESNT work. I dont really understand it.

yeah you cant noscope with awp, recoil or something

if you do that but quickscope, so quickly scope then shoot like i said previously it hits

or if you crouch when you shoot noscope, that hits, i think depends how close you are though

each gun has its own recoil properties, and the point of  the awps recoil is as a drawback otherwise itd be unstopable..

no scope it can hit any part of your visible screen, which obviously means the closer you are the more likely youll hit anyway, but still. crouching reduces this.

haha yeh as with all guns crouch and not moving increases accuracy/reduces recoil. know it all
