Have you ever get a comment like this? Well, I think I have a great answer to it...

When somebody tells you "you can't do that in match" when you freestyle, or drops comment on your freestyle video, tell him that comparing freestyle to football is just like comparing basketball/hockey ect. to football...

99%  freestyle things don't have anything in common with football, imo, 2 things are same, we use legs and football, if he disagrees ask him, "do we freestylers shot on goal? do we have 100x60 big field to play, and do we have teams with 11 players and goalkeeper? dude your statement is shit, freestyle is totally different sport"

better comparison is like BMX and the Le Tour de france, or WWE and pro wrestling

yeah I hate that question, they've got no brains and I'm sure they're some kind of n00b who was just introduced to real football a month or so ago. now they're trying to act smart...  :bs:

you talk to Ronaldo or ronaldinho, they'll say like what you said, it's not the same except for the football and using the foot. plus, it gives you better ball control and better first touch in a match. of course you won't be doing Patw in a match, do they think we're THAT thick?  :boxing:

i don't really care about this. most of the time someone says this about a freestyler, the freestyler is actually a better footballer and freestyler than the person saying it. The person is just jealous, because they can't do any of it. kind of on the same point royal said that top footballers like ronaldinho and others respect freestylers skills. there are also plenty of freestylers who are good players like touzani and sean.  the actual problem with this argument is that people compare freestylers to pro footballers which is unfair for both. top freestylers are better at freestyle than top footballers and vica versa. for me most freestylers are probably decent players especially when you compare them to other amateur players. they just aren't always profesional level players, but that is not the point.

not only that, don't forget this. I'm 100% sure that all freestylers were aiming to be a pro footballer before, but because of the nike commercials and other stuff, they became interested in fs. so, saying that fsers can't play football at all is total rubbish, and that's what most n00b footballers who are haters think of us, we'd MOST probably pwn them with pannas.  :pimp:

actually i think the best answer to when people ask if you can actually play in games is to say ya in game its easier in game all you have to do is make the simple touch not atw or something like that. freestyle just prepares you and makes the touches in games simpler, because its a synthetic form of pressure when you are not playing with another person.
