i agree with Tom, itll be hard to keep it secret from fuckers who want to randomly spoil stuff, if people upload even the day before.

as much work as itll take, i think the best solution is to send to me. whenever you complete your vid send it to the account i specify (i will make a new msn and vimeo account for this) and i'll upload after 12midnight on the day.

setup a fake account, upload the video whenever, and say only viewble to freinds, untill the actuall day,then put it visable to public.
