it can't right now. you take what you can. the summer is a down period for sports in the us. it'd be suicide (it'd be buried) to try to play through the fall and spring. friday, saturday, and sunday football in the fall with baseball and basketball intermixed
is the fact the money, they have salary caps, none of the games are telivised etc
the money is getting there. salary caps are there to prevent the league from spending itself into oblivion a la the nasl. ALL of the games are televised
