Haha funny that, because i got chased by a bulldog when i was playing football in a park with a few mates 2 days ago,I was lucky enough not to get bite. The owner should most definitely take responsibility's of its dog and its actions, & if they dont they are quite simply futile owners & dont deserve the right to shout at others which kick the dog. Elseways they will wound young children the majority of the time. for the reasons stated above, dogs should undeniably be prohibited from entering a park imo, and they shit everywhere which is awful. :saywhat:

Theres a breed of dogs I forgot the name of, I think they're english but they're currently illegal to breed anymore and there numbers are going down, but they're really vicious and forced to fight by twats who thinks its funny. But they lock they're jaw around there prey's (humans, dogs) neck and don't let go, and it's like impossible to release. If anyone knows the name n ting, do say.
