what the hell are talking about?kid you dont know what are talking about.They will give a shit,it is their product,and subside sport sells it with proper sales,if you get the wrong item,they will fix it of course.
Contact them back and tell them they sent you the wrong ball,show them your original order,show them your reciept order,and take a picture of the ball if they ask,after that they will send you the proper ball right away.They made a mistake on my order before,they fixed it right away and sent the right ball.They do care,its their products,if they didnt care,they would have horrible customer service,but their customer service is good.So thats what i commented here.They helped me out properly.
