Our Mauritian hero Bruno Julie came up with the bronze medal but was a good fight .. All of us here wanted him to go to the final :biggrin: but we are all happy by  his performance! :cheers:

depends, on some sports we'll suck forever ;) as long as way stay on a proper level with football, hockey, darts, swimming and ice-skating

was the 2nd british? i've only seen the finish. pieter van den hoogenband was co-commentator and he went totally mad. also maarten (the winner) has had cancer a few years ago, and now he wins a gold medal. that must be a good sign to all cancerpatients

yeh we led the whole way, but he got exhausted and started heading the wrong way causing us to lose, after the race there was 4 paramedics around him.

and that is amazing to come back from cancer and win a gold medal, especially in 10km swim. Hard event swimming for nearly 2 hours in open dirty water.
