theres no point worrying about it because you cant go back in time and start earlier. as big anders proved age is irrelevant providing you practice right.

First of all ,its never too late to start,i started when i was 27.

though age does matter...
Have you noticed why palle doesnt do patw anymore?Or maybe why anders stopped uploading videos and making dvd's only? You have to have priority in life when you get older.Your body is not the same when you are young, Age makes a huge difference. 95% of the freestyle community is under 21,so alot of you will not understand.

Have you guys talked to big anders about how his body is?It takes a toll....Older people cant just keep doing hardcore moves and expect their body to be ok.It takes alot of training and conditioning.

Age makes a huge difference, the older you get,the more weary your body gets.It is just nature, and how the normal process is.

The younger you are,the more energy, more flexibility, the more your body can take.IT is never too late to start fsing, but you have to take priority and take care of your body.

If age didnt make a difference,mr woo and abdullah would be doing nt moves and flying around :D

I think you are right recce80...
But if you are 25 years or older you can still be one of the greatest, like daniel, abdullah and Mr. woo

completely agree with reece, and def. the guy who talks about frejd
fs was way more fun back in about 05, and unfortunately i didnt start til 06!
combos were more creative and experimental which was nicer to see
bring back kevin from belgium and mr andersson and then were cooking
but yer age does matter, i dont do lowers because my ankle cant handle them esp. tatw and i used to be able to handle that trick, but its just not really worth  it imo, and seeming as i dont like lowers at all, i dont do them! :D
but even if mr woo was young he wouldnt be doing all this nt shit, hes the upper king and the godfather so respect brother

thats prob. true
loads of ppl say "fs was better back in the day" (incl. myslef)
but they can still do stuff the way it was like in the old days, no need to go withthe flow

This is my first post to the forum.

At the risk of sounding like "I've got you all beat on this age thing," I totally do.  LOL.  I'm 34 and just started freestyling two months ago.  I'm hardly any good, but I've managed a couple of ATWs, HTWs, and even a Crossover a couple of nights ago.

I quit smoking cigarettes 10 weeks ago after 15 years of two packs a day.  When the time came, instead of buying more smokes, I bought a soccer ball and started juggling.  I didn't even know there were tricks, or that they had names, or that there was this enormous and cool community about freestyling.  I'm in love with all of this now, and can't stop training (or playing indoor and on the pitch now, even!)  I'm SO out of shape.

My point is that, to echo what Reece said (props, man) it's never too late to start, though the body does NOT respond like it used to.  If anything, freestyle has made me envious of you younger lads out there because believe me... you should enjoy and continue taking advantage of your flexibility, speed and stamina because it won't be around forever.

So yeah, even older dogs like me can start fs "late," even if it takes us a lot longer to learn a few new tricks.  Cheers.
