i think hes trying to record stuff from his tv using his webcam. as i say wmm has that feature but uses a lot of memory for shit webcam quality. you can record directly from your tv by buying dazzle. or there are probably (this is i think what hes asking for) webcam downloadable softwares that lets you record using webcam you already have, but still shit quality.
i say use wmm, then put the resultant footage through wmm to lower the massive size. but still, youre limited by your webcams quality capacity.
