Sign-up to the person's referral link, complete an offer. That same person does the same for you. It works better when it's different sites, but we're all on freepay.   :down:

you can sign up to all the sub sites off freepay. im signed up to most of the Real Incentives sites. as long as its not the same sub site of freepay like if you were both on xbox.freepay.

No, because the Offer's Company keeps track of which cell phone is registered, and which isn't.
