okey i've seen this i'm asking what technique to practice and how to train with managing time as well. How to make the time to train much more valuable rather than just training 6 hours with the wrong technique.

I was answering the second part of your question and leaving the rest for someone else.
I suggest you train in everything the same way, with repetition. Sets and reps.
For example you want to your stamina to increase for certain moves you can try something like this:
e.g1: 10 sets of 10 htws
e.g2: 3 sets of 10, then 3 sets of 8, then 3 sets of 6, then 1 set of 15.

You should have about 30 to 1:30 rest in between each set. I haven't tested this so I don't know how much rest you need for htws.
When choosing a number for the e.g 1, it should be 4-6/10 on a scale. If you drop half way through the set, restart that 1 set.
You can use this for a lot of the basic moves.

Well, for proper technique, you should search for some Leha tutorials, you can find on BF his very detailed HTW tutorial and maybe his ATW & HATW tutorial as well.

You can find him under the name "dunnowhois" aaaaaaaaaaaand........... "Leha"

Or maybe you could try and find out yourself what kind of training works best for you. But I believe you shouldnt train the same thing 2 days straight, like if you choose to focus on sf outside ATW training on day 1, the nest day you should train something different and then on day 3 you could train sf outside ATWs again.

Btw, I heard doing a lot of repetition at the end of training (well, Ive read it in some bodybuilding magazine, so I have no clue if it also applies to sports like freestyle) increases your blood flow in your muscles (which would help regeneration as better blood flow would mean better energy supply when you eat some good carbs and then proteins afterwards & would also mean that your body gets rid off of all the waste products more efficiently)...... so maybe you could try 10-15 minutes of long combos as a warm up and then do 10-15 minutes of long combos at the end of your session. But well, just adjust the number of minutes of the warm up/cool down as you like, that was just an example... But I dont know if its gonna work, lol, just try it and you will see.

But ALWAYS do some warm up before and strech A LOT after any training, and I mean A LOT (stretch for at least 15 minutes). There was a period of time I didnt strech at all and my back was pretty fucked up. Moreover, stretching makes you faster, stronger and regenerate more efficiently.
