I wanna share these combos from todays training with you guys. I feel much better after taking this shit. I feel I'm slowly coming back to the harcore, hopefully I can reach my target.

Thank you very much! Yes I've got my motivation, usually after one hardcore training my knee was too sore to be able to continue with patws htlatws etc. If everything's fine I will use it without any limits, we'll see.
